Several news sources started reporting yesterday that Kansas Governor Kathleen Sebelius will be nominated for the HHS post by Obama on Monday.
As we know, the Secretary of HHS will be a key player in healthcare reform.

It will be interesting to see if she uses similar tactics for negotiating healthcare reform on the hill and even more interesting to watch how it translates. We can only hope whatever happens during this reform, the end result is something which benefits all while having a positive impact on the overall quality of care delivered.
ReplyDeleteHummm...apparently there are already people protesting based on her position on abortion in the past. I think the confirmation hearings just got more interesting....
