CMS has made available the heart failure readmission rates for all hospitals in the country on its http://www.hospitalcompare.hhs.gov website.

The database behind the website is also available from CMS.

In the State of Indiana:
  • 12 hospitals were better than the national average.
  • 103 hospitals were no different than the national average.
  • 2 hospitals were worse than the national average.
